Who makes the bed?

The bed is manufactured by Simmons exclusively for Westin Hotels. It is composed of a pillow top mattress to give overall height of 29 cm. With the exclusive motion separation technology and individually pocketed springs. The box spring unit is 17cm.

Each bed is made exclusively for Westin at Home™ and is sold as 1 mattress, 1 box spring and legs for the Full size 135x200 cm - 1 mattress, 2 box springs and legs for Double 160x200 cm, Queen 180x200 cm, and King 200x200 cm. The 2 box spring beds have been manufactured in order to allow easy access when delivering to your home, while keeping the total comfort of Heavenly Bed.

How can I purchase the bed?

The Heavenly Bed® may be purchased online at the Westin at Home™ store or by calling our Concierge Service at this toll free number: +800 855 22 855.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total amount of your order before any taxes have been applied, except for Mattress & Box Spring*.
Please note that all prices listed are listed in Euros including VAT. The VAT rate may change according to your country of delivery.

What is the delivery time frame?

Delivery times will vary based on your area. Beds take approximately 8 to 10 weeks.
All in-stock items are shipped within 7-10 business days.

What if I don’t like the bed?

We are certain that you will love your Heavenly Bed®. The bed is made for your order and can not be returned.

Can I purchase the mattress only?

You may certainly request the mattress only. We recommend placing the mattress on a firm surface such as a platform bed.

Can I purchase The Heavenly Bed® in a retail bed store?

The Heavenly Bed® is made exclusively for Westin and is available at the Westin at Home™ store.

Does the bed have a warranty?

Yes, the bed carries a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship.

Does the bed have any latex foam?

The Heavenly Bed® is not made with latex foam.

How is the bed made up in the hotel?

The bed is made up in the following manner from the bottom up:

• Bed Skirt

  The bed skirt fits over the Heavenly Bed box springs. Made of machine washable polyester. Plain white.

• Deep Pocketed Fitted Sheet

  100% combed cotton, percale. 200-thread count deep pocket fitted sheet.

• Decorative Middle Sheet

  100% combed cotton, percale with decorative coloured piping at the top side. Available in 200 thread count cotton.

• Down Blanket

  The down blanket rests between the middle and top sheets. Light weight. The blanket is filled with new white duck down (90% down/10% feathers) and is baffle box stitched to prevent lumping or shifting of the down.

• Flat Sheet

  100% combed cotton, percale. 200-thread count top flat sheet.

• Duvet Insert

  Synthetic duvet. Filled with allergen-free fiber, with tapered edges to create the famous "meringue" topped look of the Heavenly Bed. There are corner ties to adhere to the inside of the Heavenly duvet cover.

• Duvet Cover

  Made of 100% Egyptian combed cotton. 200 thread count. The duvet cover features Westin's exclusive white-on-white striped pattern.

• Pillowcases

  The pillow cases w/piping are sold as a pair. 100% combed cotton, percale. 200-thread count. Open Bag style, with beige coloured piping.

• Boudoir Pillow Cover

  Cover made of 100% Egyptian cotton. Features Westin's signature white-on-white striped pattern.

• Pillows

  There are 5 pillows on the bed. Two are 70/30 feather and down (king or queen size), two are a standard size synthetic pillow and there is also a synthetic boudoir pillow.
